Yes. SolarRoute has a 14-day free trial with every feature of the plan you choose — no card needed. Our Shopify apps have free plans or free trials on the Shopify App Store. For 4iEnggERP and BayFlow we set up a demo with your own data so your team can try it properly.
Is our data safe? Can other companies see it?+
Every company’s data is kept in its own separate database space, so it can never appear in another company’s account. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), backed up every night, and you can export it any time.
Do our field staff need laptops?+
No. Our business products are built for people on the move: SolarRoute has an Android app for site visits, installation checklists and photos, 4iEnggERP has Android and iOS apps, and every product works in a phone browser.
Which countries and languages do you support?+
Our Shopify apps work for stores anywhere in the world. 4iEnggERP has VAT and GST presets for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, India and the UK. SolarRoute is built for Indian solar installers and works in English and Malayalam. Need another country or language? Tell us.
How does billing work?+
Shopify apps are billed by Shopify, in US dollars, with your store bill. SolarRoute is billed monthly or yearly (two months free on yearly) in Indian rupees plus GST, paid by UPI, card or net banking. 4iEnggERP and BayFlow are priced per company or branch — see the pricing page. Every plan comes with a proper tax invoice, and you can add users or branches whenever you need them.
Can you move our existing data from Excel?+
Yes. We help import customers, leads, products and opening balances from your existing Excel sheets as part of onboarding.
